Refund and Return Guidelines

Refund Eligibility: We are pleased to offer refunds for items that are unused, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale within 7 days of their arrival. Please note, for reasons of health, safety, and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of any items that have been opened. Claims for damaged products must be made within 2 days of receipt; we cannot accept claims made after this period.

Process for Returns:
- We suggest using your local Post Office's 'Royal Mail Signed For' service for returns, and remember to obtain a proof of postage or receipt for tracking purposes.
- Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for the return in the package to facilitate efficient processing.

Return Postage Costs:
- Return postage expenses are your responsibility and are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty items.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the returned goods are not in a saleable condition or have been opened/damaged.

Refund Procedure:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to be credited back to your account, although it often happens the same day.
- If you experience a delay in receiving your refund after returning the items, please contact us.

Faulty Items:
- If you receive a faulty item or encounter issues with a purchased item, please submit a support ticket through our contact form for assistance and return forms.

Important Information:
- All returns, whether due to unwanted or faulty items, must be logged through our ticketing system. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- For returning an item, contact us via email or phone. Return costs are your responsibility. Use a tracked service for all returns and an insured service for items valued over £50, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

International Orders:
- We are not liable for international orders seized by customs. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your country's customs regulations. No refunds or chargebacks will be accepted for items seized by customs.
